SECURITY
This web site relies solely on "client-side" operations and processing.
Apart from sending the web pages requested by the user, no "server-side" processing is employed at all.
This means that no information is collected or stored from any user of this web site.
All use of this site is completely anonymous.
However, the interactive pages of this site do rely on the use of "cookies", "pop-ups" and "Active Scripting".
Cookies are used to exchange information between the interactive pages, pop-ups are used to ensure that when a page is closed, the user is returned to the main web site and the pages themselves are generated using active scripting
If you are intending to use the interactive pages of this site, it is therefore important that Cookies, Pop-ups and Active Scripting are enabled on your web browser.
The default settings for Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 7/8 are too secure for the Interactive pages on this site to correctly run. It is therefore necessary to adjust the settings on IE7/8.
To use the on-line web site, it needs to be put into the trusted zone.
To do this open http://www.ikes.freeserve.co.uk in IE7/8.
Then use Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Trusted Sites.
Click the 'Sites' button.
Uncheck the 'REquire server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.'
Then click the 'Add' button and IKES will be added to the Trusted Zone.
Then click 'Close'.
For CD/DVD/Flash Drive users:
